Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:  All order are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.  All PO Boxes will be shipped via Priority Mail Insured.  Consumer pays for freight.

The majority of orders received by 1:00 pm EST will ship the same day, most other orders will ship no later than the next business day. Expect to receive delivery in 1-5 business days once shipped, depending upon state of residence.

Expedited Shipping:
In addition to Ground shipping we also offer UPS Next Day, Second Day and Three Day expedited service.

Majority of shipping calculation will occur at time of order.  However, some orders may require a shipping quote.

Returns:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please do not send back merchandise without prior authorization or it will be refused.  The Ohio River Trading Company must be notified within three(3) days of receipt for an authorized return.  If returned a 25% restocking charge will be applied. The product must be repackaged as it was originally delivered.  The customer pays return shipping.  Once the return has been receive we will issue a credit for the product only.  Freight charges will not be refunded.

Please do not refuse an order without contacting the Ohio River Trading Company first at 330.262.6673.  Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charges will not be refunded.

If damage has occurred and you feel it was due to the mishandling by the freight carrier, please call the Ohio River Trading Company at 330.262.6673 to advise us immediately.  You must call us within 48 hours of receipt of packages to report a claim.  We will then file a claim with the carrier.  Please keep all packaging until the claim has been settled.

We must be notified of any defect within three(3) full business days of receipt of goods.  Replacements will ship in 3 full business days.  Any defective product will be replaced by a new and identical product free of charge.
